4. Use of Platforms & Account Registration
a) Account Creation: To place an order, you may need to register an account by providing accurate personal information, including your name, email, phone number, and a secure password.
b) Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All transactions under your account are deemed authorized by you.
c) Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for order fulfillment, including your delivery address and contact details.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Misusing the Platforms for fraudulent purposes
• Harassing or abusing others

7. Orders, Delivery & Shipping
• Delivery Times:
• West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
• East Malaysia: 3–5 working days
• International: 4–10 working days (subject to customs clearance)
• Failed Deliveries: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, unavailability, or lack of access, additional delivery charges may apply.
• International Orders: Prices exclude customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Prices & Payments
• All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices include SST/GST where applicable.
• Payment Methods:
• Visa, Mastercard, Touch ‘n Go, DuitNow, and other methods offered via our secure payment partner, Stripe.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to bank timelines.

10. Promotions & Vouchers
Promotional vouchers or discounts are subject to specific terms and may have limited validity. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ginger Bear Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platforms or products.
