GINGER BEAR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ginger Bear, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and our obligations under Malaysian law.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions: • The product is damaged, contains mold, has broken glass packaging, or is expired upon delivery. • You have received the wrong item or your order is incomplete. • You provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided. • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes any attached tags or labels (if applicable). Please note: • Requests for change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund. • Refunds are not applicable for products purchased incorrectly or without proper instructions provided during ordering. 2. Request Timeframe • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund request. • Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery or pickup will not be entertained. • To process your claim, you must: • Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp at +6014 786 7855 or email AskBear@GingerBear.com • Provide photo/video evidence and state the reason clearly. 3. Review and Approval • All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • Approval or rejection of a return or refund request is at the sole discretion of Ginger Bear. • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after we confirm the issue. 4. Refund Method • Refunds will be issued to your bank account or e-wallet. • Please allow 7–14 working days for processing. Bank processing times may vary and could take up to 14 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account. 5. Modification of Policy Ginger Bear reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws. Need Assistance?
